Fresh seafood and other products are delivered almost daily adding local flavor and nutritional value. Baked goods are made on site. All diners are greeted with complimentary Fisherman's Inn Cheese & Crudite. Even the bread course is made unique with a fresh focaccia and olive oil dipping sauce presentation. The Fisherman's Inn Restaurant in Winter Harbor is one of Downeast Maine's premier dining destinations. Carl Johson, a classically trained graduate of the Culinary Institute Of America, was named "Maine Chef Of The Year" by two chapters of the American Culinary Federation. His acomplishments have been detailed repeatedly in numerous regional publications.
